COVID-19: Routes updates during Coronavirus

We hope you and your families are keeping well and safe. We have adapted our service so that we may continue to support our existing and new clients. We have also included a range of resource that may be useful during this period.

Routes is a service in Brighton and Hove and West Sussex like no other. Whatever your circumstances, we’ll offer you free practical help, and support you to learn the skills needed to unlock your potential. We will help you build your confidence and ambition to realise your goals.

As well as financial support, we offer career work placements giving you direct experience in a work environment. We build relationships with local employers to create these opportunities.

So far, we’ve worked with more than 200 people in Brighton and Hove and West Sussex to help them overcome barriers to getting work or education and learning.

If you join the Routes programme, you’ll be supported by your own dedicated adviser who will take you through the journey below.

“I have never had anything like this before. Almost certainly I wouldn’t have got the job without the help I got from the Routes project.”
