Excited about the idea of getting a job? Check out these useful resources to support you on your Routes journey into employment.

There is a great deal of high-quality information and tools available on the internet to help people to prepare for work and learning. Based on our advisers’ experience of having worked with over 200 participants to date, we have brought together some initial introductions to those resources.

Some of them are national resources and some are more locally based. They are presented in a way that helps you to work independently through the steps in a logical order. Alternatively, you can choose to delve into any topic depending on what stage you are at in your journey.

Your Routes adviser will help you to work through these whilst you are on the programme. We hope also that they will provide ongoing motivation and support when you eventually leave the programme.

If you have any helpful feedback about how we could improve these resources, please Contact us.

Enjoy your journey!
